We offer a range of Languedoc Villas, for purchase or as Holiday Rentals. All are located in the Western Herault around Beziers and Pezenas, where our office is based.

For Holiday Rentals
Properties vary from the two bedroom on secure domains and with communal swimming pools, through to individual villas with private swimming pools, barbecues, etc all chosen with local facilities near at hand. All are well maintained and serviced. Then there are our larger villas, offering private grounds with larger swimming pools; summer kitchens for outside dining and entertaining and lovely views, again close to and nearby are shops and restaurants. We offer a complete marketing service and work with local providers of guardian and changeover services, who are independent and who we select and monitor in their service levels. Languedoc Villas for Investment

Having worked in the property business both in the UK and France for many years we are well placed to advise you on the right type of property and location, should you be looking to invest in Holiday Rentals. This we see as part of our normal viewing service for prospective purchasers. We ask that you to make it known early on this is what you are seeking to purchase. Languedoc Villas as Homes
The French themselves see the Herault department as the area of France they would most like to retire to! It has a fast growing population. This is reflected in the amount of new property that has been built here in the last 10 years, often meaning small villages are now small conurbations. However villas have been built here since the Second world war. Most are individual villas, particularly those that were built before the current boom and are in non estate or 'lotissement' locations. Often these command the highest prices.

Prices reflect on location, living space and of course standard of build and decoration. Also facilities on site such as swimming pools, gardens, garages, outbuildings. The Languedoc villa is becoming more popular, as they are appreciated for the economy of maintenance, ease of living and usually offer more space than is available in the equivalent traditional stone house or apartment, for the same price. Prices and Holiday Rental Prices
These vary enormously with the scope, size and location of the property. In the Western Herault, around Beziers, the smallest villas on holiday developments can go for as little as 130000 to 150000 Euros, with the largest being sold for well over the 1,000,000 Euros. We have a full range of Languedoc Villas available to view.

Our Holiday Rental Villas are available on a minimum of a weekly rent up to a maximum of three months. Prices include all utility charges and an end of stay clean with additional services being available on request. Prices are fixed in Euros or can be paid for equivalent Pounds Sterling at the time of reservation.
